DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia wide)
Shipping is free Australia wide on orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping rate of $10 Australia wide. All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are sent Express via Australia Post and may take 1-3 business days to deliver dependent on your location.
Please note all domestic shipping parcels will require a signature on delivery, as we do not want your silks going missing! If you're happy for Australia Post to leave your parcel without a signature, please specify in the shipping notes. Please note, if this option is chosen, Silk Laundry does not accept responsibility for missing or displaced parcels.
International shipping is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping rate of $30 worldwide and takes approximately 4-10 business days. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia.
Customs and Duties
Silk Laundry ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery.
We are unable to advise how much these charges may be. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these charges might me prior to purchasing.
Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties will be at the customer’s expense. Any refused shipments will be refunded minus the full shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost at our discretion once the goods are received back at Silk Laundry.
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At Silk Laundry we are very proud of our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with our products purchased online, Silk Laundry is happy to offer a refund or a credit on full priced purchases where the goods are:
• Returned to us within 7 days of receiving your order. Returns received after this period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to your address specified in the order.
• Returned in original condition (clean, unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached, ensure you are not wearing any perfume or lotion when trying on the garments).
• The return has been approved by Silk Laundry and is accompanied by your return form (sent with your original order).
• For international returns you have 7 days after receiving your order to notify us at Silk Laundry and return your item(s). Any items postmarked after the 7 day allowance will not be accepted.
Note: Afterpay purchases are not eligible for refund. Please see our Afterpay T&C's for more information.
HOW TO RETURN
Contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a return approval. Once your return has been approved please fill out the returns section of your invoice sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

*We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns.
Your return will be assessed and if passed will be reversed onto your original form of payment.
Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns department outside the 7 day window will be sent back to the original address.
Please allow 3-5 days after delivery for the refund to be processed.
Please note we can not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Refunds are automatically reversed onto the original form of payment i.e. PayPal account or credit card used.
Depending on your payment method and credit card provider, refunds may take 3-10 business days to appear on your bank statement.
The total amount refunded will be minus any shipping charges.
This offer excludes Afterpay purchases, which are only eligible for a store credit to the amount of the purchased product(s).
Any sale items are considered final sale unless deemed faulty. We kindly ask you to consider this before purchasing.
