DOMESTIC SHIPPING (AUSTRALIA WIDE)

Shipping is free Australia wide on orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping rate of $10 Australia wide.  All orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays. All orders are sent Express via Australia Post and may take 1-3 business days to deliver depending on your location.

Silk Laundry endeavors orders to be delivered in the safest and quickest way possible. To ensure all parcels are delivered to the receiver, signature on delivery is required by the courier or postal centre. 

Should you wish for your item to be delivered without signature or left unattended, please specify your request in the notes when completing your order. Please note, if this option is chosen, Silk Laundry does not accept responsibility for missing or displaced parcels.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is free on orders over $300. Orders under $300 will be charged a shipping rate of $30 worldwide and takes approximately 4-10 business days. Orders will be processed within 24-48 hours and dispatched the following business day, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note we are currently unable to ship to Russia.

Customs and Duties

Silk Laundry ships on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. Taxes and duties are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are calculated according to your shipping destination and will be collected by the carrier upon delivery. 

We are unable to advise how much these charges may be. Please check with your country's customs office to find out what these charges might be prior to purchasing. 

Please be advised that any customs taxes and duties will be at the customer’s expense. Any refused shipments will be refunded minus the full shipping cost as well as the return shipping cost at our discretion once the goods are received back at Silk Laundry.

RETURNS

We are very proud of our reputation for quality. However, if for any reason, you are not happy with your online purchase, we will happily accept full-priced items purchased from www.silklaundry.com for a store credit or exchange. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Please submit your return within 20 days from the date of purchase to qualify. Alternatively, you may visit one of our stores within this period and exchange in-store. 

Please note: Offered on full-priced items only. All purchases placed during promotional periods are final. 

HOW TO RETURN

Submit your return here. Once your return has been approved please fill out the returns section of your invoice sent with your order to help us process your return as quickly as possible.

*We recommend using a registered and trackable method of return shipment and note we do not accept liability for lost returns. 

Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or damage delivered to Silk Laundry will be sent back to the original address. Please note we will not refund the cost of return shipping, duties or taxes.
