Silk Laundry Try at Home Concierge is a convenient and stress-free shopping experience that allows you to see and feel your pieces before committing to a purchase. Our Concierge service enables you to try on pieces with your own wardrobe at home and only pay for the items you decide to keep.


HOW IT WORKS

Order up to 3 pieces by selecting the Try At Home Concierge button.

Payment Holds
We'll reserve the order total on your card, creating a pending transaction, however you won't be charged on ordering.

Try At Home
Once your order arrives in full, you have 3 days to try on items.

Easy Returns
Pay for what you keep and return the rest. Note, a $15.00 restocking fee is payable if all items are returned.
