PRESENTING DEARLY BELOVED
A collection shaped by life, love, and loss, Dearly Beloved draws from a journey through Mexico, where colour, symbolism, and storytelling intertwine. The bold hues of Guadalajara and Oaxaca—inspired by Chucho Reyes—define the palette, while totems, relics, and protective charms weave into each design. Key pieces include the Miracles Print, a modern take on Milagros, and the Bleeding Dove Print, inspired by the endangered Bleeding Heart Dove—a symbol of resilience, hope, and fragility. Rooted in tradition and artistry, Dearly Beloved captures emotion, history, and connection in every piece.
A NOTE FROM FOUNDER, KATIE KOLODINSKI
"A journey through Mexico birthed Dearly Beloved. Guadalajara and Oaxaca’s vibrant hues, infused with a spiritual undercurrent, inspired a collection exploring life, love, and loss. From the sun-drenched palettes of Chucho Reyes to the mystic symbolism of ancient relics, I sought to capture a sense of hope amidst life’s inevitable shadows. The heart, hand, and eye - symbols of love, protection, and insight - intertwine with the fragility of a Bleeding Heart Dove, a beacon of peace in a world of loss. Like Romeo and Juliet, our stories are marked by passion and tragedy. Yet, within the collection’s vibrant prints and colours, we find resilience, just as the endangered dove endures. Dearly Beloved is a celebration of life’s complexities, a testament to the human spirit, and an invitation to find beauty in every chapter."
