  2. Returns & Exchanges:

    • All items purchased during the sale period are final and non-refundable.
    • Customers are entitled to exchanges or store credit only for both in-store and online purchases, subject to availability and at the discretion of Silk Laundry.

  3. Stock Availability:

    • Due to the high volume of online orders during the promotional period, Silk Laundry cannot guarantee the availability of all items.
    • In the event an item is out of stock after an order is placed, customers will be notified promptly, and appropriate actions will be taken, including providing store credit or offering an exchange if possible.

  4. Offer Limitations:

    • The discount offer is not redeemable for cash.
    • This promotion cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
    • The offer cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.
    • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offers or discounts unless explicitly stated otherwise by Silk Laundry.
